#AMULARhome is a series of home products whose designs can be chosen directly by the owner with a predetermined design and build price. Personalization can be added to the needs of each owner, for example the need to turn voids into additional space, adding a balcony with a sunshade related to the site, and so on, based on the design packages @aand.company has offered.
Representing the Minimalism & Reductionist concept, creating architecture that makes #responsiblelifestyle through spaces full of natural light and air, which is minimal maintenance, as well as a short and efficient construction process (5 months to finishing)
Rooma Aghili and Rooma Aberri by #AMULARhome stand on one piece of land 15.6 x 12 meters divided into 2 'twin' houses with different internal areas. Owned by 2 owners (father and mother) for Rooma Aberri and (daughter-husband) for Rooma Aghili, both of them were built for rental housing needs. Even though the main design is identical, the character is presented through different interior choices. Rooma Aberri presents a 'white elegant' design for the interior, more for the mature market and presents a luxury design in simplicity. Meanwhile, Rooma Aghili is designed with a 'rustic-modern' interior for a more exploratory, colorful character, targeting the middle age market.
The main feature of this house is that it has one fence between the two houses that can be fully opened, thereby maximizing the additional function that connects Rooma Aghili and Rooma Aberri if the house is ordered for 2 visitors who want to connect the two houses, and has a larger yard.
The facade of this house faces north so that there is an addition of sunshade, as well as a balcony which acts as a heat buffer. Large and full openings maximize the sun without introducing heat, because there is a trickle. Exterior and interior elements also use a lot of white to make it seem spacious and bring out the colors of the furniture. Even though the area of this house is quite simple, there are still voids and proper openings for cross ventilation in the room.
The duration of the design work itself is less than 1 week for adjustments to the site. The technical matter of adjusting the existing design beforehand to place it on the existing land. So, the design of the selected house is then adjusted by arranging the position of 2 houses on one piece of land. Technical adjustments such as increasing land, maximizing land with existing plans, are the main challenges to the design of existing houses.
