The Project is located in La Condesa, on the streets Amsterdam and Sonora. The building is the result of the intersection of two volumes that respond to the urban needs of the area, respecting the proportions of the context. Such is the case of the principal façade that faces the existing trees of Amsterdam Street.
The project has 26 apartments distributed in seven levels. The materials used are steel for the structure and exposed concrete. The building has two parking levels and an illumination and ventilation patio in the back.
The apartments are flexible and have freedom to take over the space, allowing a variety of possibilities to accommodate the inner space. There is diversity in the size of the apartments; they are rectangular modules of one or two levels to have some double height spaces.
