This building is located in the city´s area known as “La Condesa”, which is surrounded by a large public park called “Parque México”. The main idea of this project was to capture an Eduardo Chillida´s sculpture and take it to a scale where it can be habitable. The park is introduced throughout the interior of the building by removing and molding the mass creating different apartment modules for different type of users to generate a variety of sensations. A patio is placed to create a different way of living the space and to introduce the sky to the building.
There is an intention to live the city from another point of view: the heights. There is a playful and recreational space on the roof where the pool, the paddle court, the yoga room and the gym are located. From here it´s possible to live the city as a surrealistic event: from the heights, swimming above the trees and with the city as a visual final touch.
