This project involved the remodelling of an existing two-storey terrace house. Internally, portions of the existing slab were strategically removed to create a double-volume living hall, allowing abundant natural sunlight to penetrate the space. A pop-out bathtub was positioned within the void as a striking design feature, blending functionality with architectural drama. The former water tank slab was repurposed into a man’s cave, offering an elevated retreat with panoramic city views. On the exterior, the mezzanine façade was painted in a metallic finish, creating a bold contrast against the softer tones of the rest of the house.
