Located in the heart of Amman, the corporate tower occupies a prime location plot, offering three main façades to the city. The building is composed of two separate cores, aligned with both main streets, and articulated between each other with suspended gardens. Glazed circulations are located outside the main cores, allowing for distribution flexibility. They are linked by bridges overlooking a landscaped backyard. The normalized span of each core liberates internal spaces from any structure, allowing space management flexibility. North elevation offers a generous glazed façade whereas a perforated protective skin covers the south elevation, thus reducing cooling and heating energy consumption.
