IIDC as Healthcare Architects, played a critical role in converting the building originally designed for Hospital but basis Old Regulatory and NBC Norms. Ensuring the safety and well-being of patients, staff, and visitors major task was to comply with latest relevant codes. It was a huge challenging task to mitigate compliance while ensuring that Structural Integrity and modifications are to the minimal.
Hospital was earlier known as Unique Hospital, Dwarka before it was rebranded as Amerix Hospital, Dwarka.
The hospital is envisioned by Dr Ramesh Gupta who has practised in USA as a physician leader with a strong business acumen and has developed several highly successful medical enterprises over the last 30+ years. He and his team VIPP owns and operates a group of cardiovascular cath labs, surgical facilities and diagnostic center in USA. With the vision to bring the International Best Practices accessible to masses in New Delhi he decided to build an Exclusive Cancer Center in the heart of sub-city of Dwarka, New Delhi.
The project is a testament to the dedication and absolutely right sized facility for the need. The interiors were kept minimalistic and kept maintenance free to ensure that Operational Costs are low and yet accentuates warmth, safe and transparent environment in the facilty ensuring wellness for all the user groups alike.
