The house was built for sales reasons, but nevertheless, it tries to transmit a different mes-sage of its spaces through its exterior and interior appearance, as well as through the choice of its materials.

The challenge of the project is to try to break a monotonous real estate model, giving to the client a new choice opportunity even though the architectural program is faithful to a com-mercial scheme.

The functions of the house come from the interaction between two geometric bodies corre-sponding to each one of the architectural plants, and this generate a strong link between them, given that it is through the contrast between its textures and its colors. This geometric design zoning the house.

We generate a longitudinal corridor in the entrance, in which we like to create an attractive scenery through a double height that accompanies the staircases, all this covered by the zen-ith lighting of a translucent roof of the same dimensions of the stairs.

On the ground floor we opted for the subtraction of part of the construction area, integrat-ing that gap with the lateral corridor, a situation that provide views as well as the creation of a well-lit and ventilated indoor ecosystem.

The choice of materials for each volume was through "sensations", interpreting that the ge-ometric body of stone is the one that generates a “solid” effect, and the white volume is the opposite, lightness, and that suggests that the white body is settled and supported by its pair.
