Distrito Purísima Alameda is a dynamic urban development located in the historic center of Monterrey, Nuevo León. This project spans two city blocks and combines residential, commercial, and public spaces, offering a modern, vibrant addition to the city's landscape.
The North Block consists of two buildings: La Torrecita, a 23-story residential tower with 83 apartments, rooftop amenities, and ground-floor commercial spaces, and La Fábrica, a six-story office building with commercial areas on the ground floor. Both buildings share Plaza Alameda, a public green space. The block also features three levels of underground parking. The South Block includes a nine-story mixed-use complex with 250 residential units, upper-level amenities, and 22 retail spaces on the ground floor. A central courtyard with green areas and a pedestrian walkway connects to Plaza Alameda. Three levels of underground parking are also provided.
