Birthing, flourishing and the paradox between roughness and elegance, extracted from regional natural environment, lie at the heart of this project design concept. Moreover, City redial plan, visibility from city-to-site and otherwise, sensitivity toward the surrounding and scales, choosing rough concrete in harmonious with local materials, sustainable and introvert design in response to local climate and cultural identity and use local architectural heritage took part in project design process. Because the site was a local park and act as social interaction space and ecological patch in urban green network, the design should be responsible for these aspects of the site. Greening the roofs, creating plaza and multilevel accessibility was the design response to these aspects.
