Alwar residence is an iconic sustainably designed and curated project. The iconic form and façade treatment is a result of climatic consideration and user comfort. The pattern is largely inspired by the biophilic resonance of ideation.
The jaali acts as a sunscreen to cut down and reduce direct heat gain of the structure. The built façade and Jaali tend to create insulation by the formation of microclimate in the empty space resulting in insulation as well.
The materiality and artwork is inspired and tends to promote local craftsmanship of the surrounding contextuality. And followed by carving and cutting as per design and requirements.
