This building complex is located in the higher part of the Marbella area known as Los Monteros, to the West of the urban centre of Marbella, more specifically in the Urbanization known as Altos de los Monteros.
Los Monteros residential complex is a tourist complex created based on formal language which has been named marbellí architecture or from Marbella. Our office planned to create this complex with great quality. Therefore, we consider Los Monteros Complex to be a beautiful Mediterranean complex implemented on quite an abrupt plot, which made it quite difficult to create a harmonious complex based on the required formal and architectural characteristics. For this reason, we provided a finish by rendering all of its exterior walls, which we obviously painted white, using Arabian rustic slates on the roofs which are evidently hipped and also slab stones in all exterior common areas of the planning. The homes of this residential complex contain very high quality interior finishes and in relation to the traditional architecture used, the finishing materials and facilities are adapted to enable the most cutting-edge building technology. The final result of this complex displays great beauty and comfort which makes it a very attractive place to live.
