ALTA LIC is located in the heart of the bustling Queens Plaza neighborhood of Long Island City. The building is a 483-foot-tall, 44-story mixed use building with 467 residential units, which include 1-, 2-, 3-bedroom apartments and 2- and 3-bedroom Ollie Coliving microsuites, and street front retail space. The residential amenities spaces span several floors and include an indoor lap pool, yoga studio, golf simulator, game hall, pet services, a rooftop lounge, and two roof terraces with sweeping views of the Queens and Manhattan skylines. The lower 14 floors house micro apartment units, which expand the lifestyle options available for building tenants. Located directly adjacent to several elevated subway lines and extreme noise levels, the building’s façade and windows were designed to mitigate the effects of exterior ambient sound on the building. This includes the use of specially designed triple-glazed windows, which results in a 39 decibel reduction of outside noise to provide a comfortable interior atmosphere for tenants.
