Located across the street from historic Carnall Hall, the Alpha Omicron Pi Fraternity is the first Greek organization to build a structure of this magnitude on the University of Arkansas campus in several decades. In order to be compatible with adjacent buildings, the AOII house incorporates classical Georgian influences, becoming a part of the historic context of sorority houses fronting Maple Avenue. The project houses 85 women in a variety of room types.
As part of the organization’s colonization efforts, the new building incorporates the standards of Campus Planning and meets all the requirements for new residential facilities as mandated by University Housing.
