Designed by Blackbird Architects, this 1693 sq. ft. wine tasting room for Alma Rosa Winery in Buellton underwent a complete tenant improvement and remodel. The existing space was upgraded with amenities including a wood burning fireplace, wood benches, tables and shelves made from recycled Douglas-fir timbers (originally harvested in 1912), custom wine storage cabinets by Bartlett Fine Cabinetry, and a 24’ x 14’ skylight with a custom built, retractable shade from Window Products Management. Another unique feature of this wine tasting room tenant improvement is a living olive tree – “Olivia” – growing in the center of the main tasting area.
