Before this building was the Australasian headquarters of Allpress Espresso, it was a former textile factory and warehouse in Collingwood. The original brief required that the space accomodate a new office space, a coffee roasting and distribution area, tasting lab, collaboration and meeting space, cafe and kitchen area, and a luscious green zone.
The design of the refurbished site features extensive planting throughout the courtyard and carpark, reclaimed materials from the original factory, bespoke steel and timber windows and doors, and an 8kw solar array.
