Alley is a co-working facility with membership options for teams of all sizes with private and shared office spaces. Its 40,000 sq. ft. space which occupies 4 floors in New York City’s Chelsea neighborhood required Lilker’s full MEP/FP engineering services. Lilker Lighting Group provided lighting design services and Lilker’s Technology Solutions Group provided technology engineering design services.

The spaces include lounge areas, private and community workspaces, meeting rooms, kitchens, and central feature staircase connecting floors 2 through 5. Exposed building services, open ceilings, and unique meeting areas and nooks foster a fun, funky environment for collaboration and community.
