The project is located in the Portuguese Algarve, in a residential area intended for second summer homes. The plot has an irregular topography, elevated between three and four meters above the access level, and is delimited at the rear by a concrete screen. The design of the project consists of the juxtaposition of three volumes. The main volume, of two heights, serves as the entrance to the house, offering views of a green space. On this level there is a guest bedroom, a toilet, a study and a leisure room. The second volume contains the main living room, with double height to maximize space and exterior views, and exterior walls with a stone texture. This volume establishes a fluid connection between the interior and exterior, with visual perspectives towards the surrounding green spaces. The third volume houses the kitchen, which communicates with the living room and has an intermediate height. The kitchen includes a work island and a lunch table, with views that connect to the main entrance. Finally, the staircase has been designed not only for its functionality, but also to bring beauty and serenity to the environment.
