The building has a constructed area of 3,590 m2 intended for:

In its design an attempt has been made to establish a sophisticated relationship between interior and exterior, attracting the landscape towards the open space of the interior "patio", by treating the existing building's dimensions. The access and reception area face the street.
It is intended to treat this "playground" as a hub, as a catalyst of the inter-disciplinary activity between departments. The collaboration, "synergies", will be enhanced by the knowledge of the activities of others, reinforcing the collective institutional awareness and the ALATEC identity as a whole.
One of the most important tasks has been the distribution of spaces in the different departments of the company, taking into account both interdepartmental relationships or synergies and the need for physical separation between them
