Classic Modernity
During the pandemic, a 3,000 SF office suite on the first floor of a four-story building struggled to find tenants. We turned this small suite into a substantial opportunity. We transformed it into a sought-after space with eight offices, a stylish reception, and an executive conference room, all exuding the sophistication of a luxury hotel. The design allowed for flexible leasing options, whether for the entire suite or individual offices and included modern furnishings and integrated AV/IT systems.
The space highlighted its distinctive features: high ceilings that filled the area with natural light and offered patio views, wood furnishings and custom millwork cabinets displaying curated accessories and supporting biophilia, and acoustical wood planks that seamlessly connected shared spaces with private offices. A communal lounge, hoteling desks, and a chic coffee bar with quartz backsplash and a latte machine emphasized a collaborative, hospitable environment. The design's appeal was so strong that a private financial company signed a long-term lease even before construction was finished.
