Built in 1985, this commercial building, houses the corporate office of Al Turki Enterprises LLC, one of the leaders in oil, energy, and construction services in the Sultanate of Oman.
The first building constructed after a moratorium on all construction in the Sultanate, Architect Joseph Cincotta's design was noted as an example of Arab cultural influence on modern architecture. Notable features include a maintenance-free finish, during a time when most buildings were painted concrete, and an Arabic supergraphic.
