Madinat Jumeirah, is a truly authentic Arabian resort and a magnificent tribute to Dubai’s heritage. The brief was to create a luxury resort within an ancient Arabian citadel.
To capture this experience, the design team examined the cultural fabric of Dubai, with its humble beginnings as a small fishing community, and the tradition of the old forts and coral and lime courtyard houses that the city founders established on the banks of the Creek.
