Al Manar Tower

The coastal promenade of Beirut, known as the Corniche, has the advantage of being north-oriented. In our design, we acknowledge this fact by working on a strong relation with the horizon, extending terraces and balconies parallel to the promenade. The plan adopts a layout that allows cross ventilation and views to the sea and the mountains along the north and the city towards the south. This is reiterated on the ground floor by providing two accesses to the building for vehicles and pedestrians.
