Al Badia Terraces is a distinctive residential address within Dubai Festival City’s prestigious Al Badia District. Developed by Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate, the mid-rise community is composed of five elegant buildings (A–E) and 331 thoughtfully designed apartments. Each residence enjoys sweeping views across landscaped greenery and iconic Dubai landmarks, while the interiors are carefully curated to reflect a sense of calm, balance, and understated luxury.

The interiors at Al Badia Terraces are guided by three defining ideas: the beauty of the natural world, the energy of a peaceful retreat, and the comfort of a serene sanctuary. Drawing from the surrounding green landscapes, each space has been designed as a refuge from the city’s pace. Subtle colour palettes, refined finishes, and layered textures create a calming atmosphere while still expressing contemporary elegance.
Residences Shaped by Light and Landscape
Each apartment is envisioned as a private retreat where modern living blends seamlessly with organic influences. The material palette echoes the district’s golden sunsets and open views.
Warm oak timber introduces richness and longevity, while taupe feature tiles add depth and refinement. Gold-veined accent stone brings a quiet sense of luxury to kitchens, vanities, and feature walls. Soft warm-white finishes complete the scheme, enhancing natural light and giving every space a bright, welcoming feel.
Thoughtfully Designed Shared Spaces
The public areas and corridors continue the same design language, ensuring a seamless journey from entrance to home. Concrete soft-effect porcelain flooring offers durability with a refined aesthetic, while oak timber accents add warmth and continuity throughout.
