It's name is AJI, or "taste", the delivery and take away of Japanese-Asian food of the most notable quality, signed IYO Milano.
From the collaboration with Claudio Liu, patron of the only starred Japanese restaurant in Italy, a unique format was launched: a single coveted table, an elegant waiting area, and a spacious open-plan kitchen, on the picturesque street.
The entrance to the waiting room is styled by satin surfaces of a delicate gray with a slight marble effect and characterized by bespoke furniture elements and brass details.
The reception desk is a monolith in calacatta white marble, while the rear glass pass, decorated with semi-glossy metal profiles, naturally allows direct communication with the kitchen and the passage of orders.
The only table in the dining room, upon reservation, offers 10 exclusive seats, on comfortable padded stools. The glossy surface of the top contributes handsomely to the creation of a liquid-like environment, in which sophisticated lighting design is reflected through, mixing in a dynamic visual texture, with diverse and surprising effects.
A full-height wall decorated in a parametric-like design of backlit metal mesh completes the fit-out project.
The contrast of the brightness of the luminous architecture and the sober elegance of the ceramic coverings, creates a mobile balance, an open dialogue between the natural and the artfully constructed.
