The project aims to offer both, to the resident and the citizen, a pleasant place to live, modern and sustainable.A "flaw" in the center of the plot following the north-south axis, remind the city implementation. The project try to separate the built volumes, thus creating a large central space open to the public. Also allows a convenient and direct traffic between the interior community space to the public square at the south corner of the project.The central area is an impressive interior garden that creates a relaxing, magical and unique space. This offers a high quality of life for residents, and it's for this reason that the built units are oriented toward the interior of the "island". The green terraces are oriented to provide the maximum exterior space, while ensuring a high and necessary insolation at any time of year
