All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS), Bilaspur located in the state of Himachal Pradesh. AIIMS Bilaspur is spread across 205 acres. It includes a Hospital with capacity of 750 Beds which includes Emergency / Trauma Beds, AYUSH Beds, Private Beds and ICU (Specialty & Super Specialty Beds). In addition, there is a Teaching Block, Administration Block, AYUSH Block, Auditorium, Night Shelter, Guest House, Hostels and residential facilities with all services. The objective is to establish Institutions of National Importance for providing quality medical education, and also to provide tertiary health care facilities to the people of Bilaspur and nearby region. The hospital building comprises of a total construction of appx 157500 sqm, including basement services like laundry, mortuary etc. This is a multispecialty hospital which includes- Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Oncology, Neurology etc. The entire project is developed as per building norms & guidelines comprising - National Building Code 2016, Medical Council of India (MCI), National Accreditation Board for Hospital, MOUD guidelines for General Pool Residential Accommodation (GPRA), 2013.
