Urban millennials now live side by side with the rising issue of property prices and work routines shaped by the acceleration of technology and information. The concept of "growing homes" as the new normal demands a planning system that facilitates future construction—a system that simultaneously addresses both program arrangement and construction methods.
Millennials' routines in this era of technological acceleration require homes that engage more deeply with their sense of well-being. Quoting the phrase, "We shape our buildings, and afterwards, they shape us," this is the vision of a growing home—designed for a resilient soul.
Vision:
High-quality construction with good Quality Control and Low Maintenance.
A construction system that is easy to expand and modify, adapting to the changing life phases of millennials.
Cost-effective and efficient.
Spaces with minimal boundaries, a new standard for natural ventilation and lighting, spaces that connect with nature.
An honest design character, born from the beauty of construction and materials.
MASS DECONSTRUCTION
The building mass is broken down according to the spatial program, resulting in a relatively smaller building profile. This approach facilitates natural lighting and ventilation in every room.
MODULAR, PREFABICATED
Using RISHA (PUPR) structural elements, which are prefabricated and designed for residential buildings up to two stories.
Non-structural (infill) elements consist of modular materials such as UPVC roofing and gypsum board.
SOLID AND VOID MASS ARRANGEMENT
The mass arrangement places more enclosed (solid) spaces, such as bedrooms and bathrooms, at the front of the site, allowing the other spaces at the back to blend seamlessly without partition elements while still maintaining privacy.
SIMPLE FORM AND DETAILS
A form that emerges from practical needs and straightforward detailing principles, such as water drainage, weather-resistant material junctions, and the elimination of ornamental elements. This approach reflects efficiency and honesty in its character.
