A new landmark in Verona

Profiting from a strong urban environment, this building is located just 500 meters from the highway and on a main access road to the city centre. The centre includes over 130 shops in two floors, organized around a triangular mall. Service areas, delivery yards and two underground parking levels complete the program.

Confronted with Verona’s overwhelming historic character and wealth of architectural monuments, the design is decidedly contemporary and serene, striving to connect with the city’s vibrant life in a fresh and user-friendly way.

Interiors are dominated by natural light, clean spaces and subtle references to the landscape and textures of Verona and the Alto Adige region. The outer facades are based on straight-forward volumes and stainless steel louvers that reflect the street colours at night. The entrances mark the pedestrian flows with large glazed volumes that afford a visual connection with inner plazas.
