Adfero Group Interiors is a space planning and interior tenant build-out project, located at 16th & K in the heart of downtown Washington, DC. The design works economically with the existing space and materials to provide an exciting interior office renovation. For approximately $250K, the 5,000 SF of build-out remarkably balanced the budget and design goals.Reuse of existing materials, including light fixtures, millwork and glass wall, made the project sustainable and feasible. The open space plan accentuated with Brand inspired ceiling treatments promotes the business essential creative collaboration.
