Amsinckstraße and Nordkanalstraße, two of Hamburg’s main traffic arteries, line the project site to be developed. As part of an urban ensemble with two highpoints, the new build’s raised front section protrudes into the streetscape of Amsinckstraße and unfolds its very own effect when viewed from a distance. Simultaneously, the angled building geometry creates attractive offices facing the Sonninkanal.
On the ground floor, the one-storey socle level accommodates the main entrance as well as the ADAC branch office with car rental services and travel agency as well as a spacious car park with a car test centre with three car ports.
The upper levels in the five- to six-storey front section are exclusively intended for office and administrative functions, which will be occupied by either the client or external tenants.
