Situated between the boulevard to the east and the waterfront canal to the west, the "ripple" office buiding's form is a resultant of a pearl falling at the epicenter of the iconic and seminal corporate headquarter next to it.  The metaphor reflects the creation of the built realm from this coordinate.  This building was to be certified as LEED Gold using the latest sustainable strategies.
