Why live in a box when you can live in a crystal?

A slender elegant slab tower of 62 stories
appeals to both vanity and economy in unequal measure. Condos in their
essence suggest density, and the densest of all minerals after all is
the diamond.

The lobby is a simple double height box,
with services and moving rooms behind the circulation core. 480 units
of between one and three bedrooms are distributed throughout the tower,
with double loaded corridors giving way to single at the penthouse and
amenity levels to offer 360° views of Mississauga.

Each facet is comprised of six balconies
flushing in and out in a glistening pattern, offering some relief to
standard condo boxes. Wind is focused at the apexes of these facets to
augment the ventilation systems. Complex reflections of sky and weather
will imbue the interior spaces with an intricate shadow play and help
deflect street sounds.
