About Yogurt is a self serve retail store that serves a variety of different flavored yogurts, with a large selection of toppings. The concept was about creating a fun, playful environment that experiments with color, pattern and form.
Pops of color are used over a white backdrop to enhance the graphics and the brand around the store, as well as specials that are available to customers. Customers are encouraged to have fun while designing their own dessert, contrary to a traditional restaurant where you select through a strict menu.
The experience of the store begins with the very back of the tenancy, where the customers select their favorite yogurt flavor. They then make their way to the toppings bench and select the toppings they love. Payment is at the very front of the store, where the counter is consistent in its design. The word "About" was selected because of its common use in the English language. This gives the notion that frozen yogurt becomes a part of our daily life.
