Abadīa 100is a residential project made by firmus living (firmusliving.com)designed by Architect Carlos Elizondo and finished in 2018. Abadia 100 presents itself in one of the most exclusive zones and with more growth. It is a residential project that takes advantage of its excellent location to frame a strong architectural proposal in the area
With a sober and elegant language established in its design, this project shows a holistic scale with and strong urban presence. The architectural cut is formed by three independent bodies that give a franc distribution of the use of each.
The house develops in 4 levels, the first floor for common use, the next one for private use with a meterage of 520m2 of free space with a flexible distribution of it. In the last floor the house has a rooftop designed to be a space of integration that frames astonishing views of the city.
One of the formal characteristics of the project is its inner patio of 40m that defines the center of the integration space on the first floor and basement. The inner patio also stands as an intersection of both volumes between the 3 levels.
The façade of bricks is accompanied by steel louvers that were designed to maximize volumes and also to bring a sense of privacy in the interior of the rooms.
The project has a basement that has a use as parking and spaces focused for machinery and equipment needed for house functionality.
