The Aashirwad bungalow is the debut project of the firm. It’s an average sized house of 2400 sq ft and the total cost including interiors sums to 90 lakhs rupees . The client is a small family of young couple with two girl kids & accordingly the house has been planned with 3 bedrooms i.e. guest, kids & master, with a formal living on lower level & informal living on upper level flanking a spacious green terrace.
The architecture as well as interiors has been completely designed on contemporary concept keeping the budget low & design simple yet modern. The play of light & colors has been used in enhancing the looks rather than using expensive materials. Vibrant tinge of colors complementing with the backdrop have been used in few spaces to create points of inquisitiveness in a balanced way. The living & dining as been parted with bamboo plants to create a feel of natural ecstasy inside. On special demand of kids their room has been designed in pink theme. Though keeping the color girly the design has been made smart rather than childish. The master bedroom has been designed keeping the furniture minimal yet interesting by means of elements such as floating bed & family collage in backdrop. In totality when one enters inside the house he gets plenty of natural light & air through huge fenestrations & impression of natural flora from every spot.
