Aalto residential complex is located at the southeast of the Caracas city, at the top of Alto Hatillo’s Urbanization, which provides spectacular panoramic views of the valley of Caracas and the Avila Mountain, located at the north of the city.
The construction site has 5,100 m2, and the residential complex was conceived by 3 apartments towers, the 1st one of 5 levels, the 2nd one of 6 levels and the last of 7 levels, seeking to reduce the scale of the buildings towards to the residential access and green areas, while the tower of 7 levels, is located adjacent to a plot that in the future will be built.
The apartments on each tower were developed under the same concept, being duplex at the ground level and penthouse level of approximately 300 m2 each, while the intermediate apartments in the tower are single-level flats of 150 m2 Approx. Every ground floor level apartment has a garden, which functions as a private outdoor area of each dwelling, and also covers the parking lots. In the case of duplex penthouses apartments, those have a double height in social areas and large open terraces located to the north in order to achieve magnificent visuals of the valley.
All of the apartments are developed under the same scheme, where the social areas are located at the north of the building due to the visuals of the valley, and the rooms to the south, the elevator is private and comes internally to each apartment, the complex has an internal road that separates the towers A and B to C, Towers A and B have 2 parking levels naturally ventilated, while the C tower has only one level of parking lots.
The street level or access to the complex is done by the parking area at level 1, while common areas are at basement or parking area level 2; those include swimming pool, multipurpose room, gym, sauna, and green areas.
