Concept
The House in Freamunde, develops through a pre-existence in a state already in high decomposition and sentimental value to the cliente.
For us the biggest challenge was to create something without losing the DNA of the pre-existence and give all the necessary amenities of comfort, a and all this very limited by space areas. The project is developed over three floors.
The basement is composed of a garage and a multifunction space that fits mediants the needs, it works as an office but can be converted in a room for receiving guests. The first floor consists of living room / dining room and kitchent with direct access to the outer space of the pool. The second floor consists of two suites, where the main suite privileges of a closet and a large space where the toilet is rooted with the room.
