The Zardband Villa Apartment project is located on a plot of land with an area of 1800 square meters in the Zardband area of Rudbar Qasran in the suburbs of Tehran. Living in big and polluted cities forces every person in search of peace to seek refuge in the lap of nature and mountains to be away from everyday tensions. In the first step, the designer investigated the topography of the site due to the high slope of the land, and in the next step, considering the amazing and unique view of the project from the mountains and foothills, which has a unique beauty in every season, they started to develop ideas.
A monolithic building covered with white cement that inspires a sense of freedom and suspense to the viewer's eyes. In the design, using 4 free and unobstructed fronts, the plans are divided into 4 completely independent villa units of 250 square meters with public, semi-private and private spaces such as reception, private living room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms and services and a private courtyard. It was designed for each unit, etc. From the public spaces of the building, we can mention the swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, detention room and 250 square meters of parking space. Due to the view of the mountains, you can enjoy the natural light of the sun until the beautiful moment of sunset with the use of long and wide windows. This building has a light pit that can transmit natural light to the lower floors.
