The task: Design and build a cozy, modern house with all the amenities on the client's 14-hectare plot. The ground floor of the house is a 6 x 6 m log structure. The house should be contemporary in style, but with classic exterior elements, a veranda, and landscaping. It should be easily recognizable and distinguishable from neighboring houses
The walls of the first floor are made of timber, insulated, and covered with siding for improved heat retention. The second floor has a wooden ceiling, and the second floor is a framed structure for lightness and plastered. The roof beams are insulated, distributing the weight of the roof to the house's load-bearing frame.
The first floor features underfloor heating, panoramic windows, stove heating, and additional heating with infrared radiators. A large living room opens onto the kitchen, two bedrooms, and a study are also included. Effective, inexpensive utilities and enhanced heat retention are also included.
