A Proficiency Test

Firm
I have been asked to design a showroom for a high-rise building area in Wuhan in just a week as proficiency test in order to show my skills for applying as Junior Architect at Standardarchitecture, an emerging chinese firm based in Beijing. The purpose was to design a building which could make customers feels protected and turn them into a relaxed state of mind, the perfect condition to face a hard decision such as buying a house. That is why I used the natural spiral shape: from the wide entrance to the small offices rooms in the center, the spaces come one after the other becoming smaller and smaller (...more and more confidential) as clients proceed in their visit.
