Continuity transform us,
changes us, even as inhabit us.
Sky and earth merge into the Angola´s dwelling, with
its various circuits and events opened to ideals not yet witnessed. This merge
sculpts shelter into a symbiotic relation.
This relation is a fusion
of patio / pavilion in different levels and scales, from within the home
through the urban proposal.
Multifunctionality aggregated to the continuous
circulation does not provide a specific area for transiting, but allows
flexibility of will and need. Instead of assigning rigidity
to the home, it allows permeability, fluid promenade, integrating the
relationship between patios, through the pavilion.
Home without constrains. It is through the cyclic form
of organization of a possible expansion it allows mutations to suit a need for
service/commercial spaces, plus a transitional generation, among any other
needs.
Focused in the self construction, the priority is to
use a modulation of blocks of precast concrete, which on top of it rests a wood
structure with zinc tiles, that can be build without any specific building
skills.
The patio works in symbiosis with the pavilion,
providing rainwater supply, gestating an area for subsistence crop, bringing
light into the building and representing a breather in the cycle of cross
ventilation.
