"The goal of this installation is to initiate a discussion about construction relative to materials, methods, time, place, people, etc. I'm attempting to rationalize the complex nature of contemporary space-making by abstracting elements found in early Savannah architecture. The main topic for discussion, as it ties to the above statements, is the repetitive nature of prints. Building materials are manufactured much like the outfits we choose which are composed of many articles of clothing that are prints [replicas]. I am exploring the use of digital fabrication as a medium for modifying these "prints" and layering them to develop an interesting abstract." -Brent White
