An office building to be built in a new industrial area of Rimini with the possibility of allocating 20% of the surface to commercial. Based on these data, the request of the customer to maximize the building potential and the finding of the special position of the ground (between the end of a street and a plaza that will be access to other buildings), I thought a project who sacrificed part of his being private to the public and therefore a greater usability. The building is to be a sort of filter between the square and the pedestrian street is for these reasons, developed into two arms arranged perpendicular to each other so as to be curtain on two sides of the lot and leave space for a small square access ; organized on two levels, ground floor is characterized by those units for commercial and two pedestrian crossings, while the first floor are housed the offices. The intersection between the two volumes is underlined by a passage on the ground floor which is covered by the square facing the bar and access to the stairwells, while at the upper floor by a covered terrace which disengages the triangular inputs between the two volumes.
