Located in a building in the suburbs of Beirut, the architect’s duplex on the 12th and 13th floors has an unusual configuration.
It is conceived in an inverted scheme: reception areas in the upper floor at the level of terrace, extending the apartment towards a green cocoon whereas the private areas (bedrooms and family sitting) are located on the lower floor.
The openings are positioned in a way to allow a crossing ventilation circulating all around the apartment, and to benefit from a 360 degrees view.
Although, the apartment is designed in an open fluid space, various accidents differentiate the functions and give them their own identity.
Mix between oak wood elements, and glossy white surfaces creates a pleasant bright atmosphere all day long.
