Creative manipulation of zoning envelope restrictions on a multiple building condo campus allowed for the creation of two adjacent single-family townhouse additions for separate owners. This addition specified a variety of sustainable, yet high end materials. The focus of the addition is the gradient-hued laminated glass raumplus sliding doors and partition, dividing the space into an additional bedroom and office/guest bedroom loft. The floors are whit oiled rift-cut oak planks in random widths by LV Floors. Millwork is high gloss white lacquer with rift-cut oak interiors matching the floors, floating staircase and corner bookcase. A double height wall of windows with exterior planter completes the exterior view.
