The project is located in Malakoff, the plot crosses between Rue Paul Bert and rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau.
Buildings A and C are located in line with rue Paul Bert and rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau, while building B is located at the heart of the block. A porch (building A) allows access to the gardens at the heart of the block ; they also provide access and visual access to the gardens from public space.
The volumes of the buildings are spread out in tiers, this makes it possible to create buildings on a human scale, integrating perfectly into the urban context.
By its position at the corner of two streets, building A will have a strong presence in the neighborhood and deserves special attention as such. The corner will be treated by a rounding in order to give character to this building.
Building A (Rue Paul Bert) accommodates 44 apartments and a commercial space. Building B, in the heart of the block, lower (4 storeys) houses 24 units. The accommodation in these two buildings is intended for free entry. Building C, on Rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau, houses 25 social housing units which will be managed by the OPH of the city of Malakoff.
