This project is located in Montreal’s mile-end and is adjacent to a supermarket and 3-4 storey residential buildings. A medium sized park and an old railway are in the surroundings. Each unit has direct access to the outside and has its own terrace. On the north-west corner, a large 3 storey high garden was integrated in order to bring natural light at the center of the building’s courtyard. A group of retail stores located on ground floor are also part of the project on street side.
