Helping to stimulate commerce in Ealing, this eight-storey office development will become a town centre landmark.  The building has been fragmented into several interlocking solid and transparent volumes, appearing to 'step up' in height.  This serves to visually reduce its bulk and mass whilst also addressing the differing building heights on either side of the plot.  The contemporary envelope is composed of terracotta rainscreen cladding and glazed curtain walling and exceeds current environmental expectations.
