An unbuilt project I worked on with my present employer, SubenDougherty, for the late event planner Robert Isabell. The mixed commercial/retail project is situated in the heart of the Gansevoort Market historic district, and employs sustainable strategies such as the reuse of an existing market building, rainwater capture and re-use, living walls, and rooftop wind turbines estimated to provide up to 30% of the building's power.
