This three-story brick warehouse structure is part of the Summit Street Corridor, just a short distance from One Seagate and the core downtown area. Renovations to the building’s third floor office space (shown) accentuate the existing brick walls and timber ceiling. The studio was designed as an open floor plan specifically suited to foster creativity while offering spectacular views of the river and downtown skyline. A new facade and entrance utilized existing window openings.
